Remodeling can be terribly painful, but we had a great experience with Heidorn from start to finish. I can’t say enough good things about the team or the process. This was a complete floor-to-ceiling condo remodel, so both budget and timing were key factors for us. Keri did an excellent job with the estimate and offered smart solutions to help reduce costs. Even with a few last-minute changes, we came in under budget. Troy, our project manager, kept the whole project running smoothly and made a challenging process feel manageable. I was more than 2,000 miles away for most of the renovation, but he kept everything on track with clear, consistent communication. Plus, the attention to detail and workmanship were top-notch. I’ve never had a remodel project come in on time, under budget, and done right. We couldn’t be happier with the result or the Heidorn team. Highly recommend for any project - big or small!

We have used Heidorn on a couple of projects on our home and property and will go to them in the future if we have anything else in our plans. They oversaw and managed the construction of our pole barn and made sure everything was done to our liking. The work that Shane and Troy did communicating with me and getting all the contractors in line to meet deadlines and requirements was very much appreciated. We also used them on a 4 seasons sunroom just recently, and while they weren't the cheapest in estimates, they weren't ungodly expensive either like some other estimates that came in. We ultimately went with Heidorn to build the sunroom addition and my wife and I can't say enough about how pleased we are of the outcome. Once again, Shane and Troy went above and beyond to communicate with us and to make sure deadlines and building requirements were met to our liking. Shane is by far the nicest and most straight forward estimator I have ever met. Troy, the project manager, made stops at our house on the regular, checking up on the progress and made sure that any snags that happened during construction were dealt with immediately. I can't say enough nice things about those two people and would encourage anyone to choose Heidorn for their professionalism and friendly hospitality, as well as their ability to just do good work. Hard to imagine that our remodel of two bathrooms could have gone any better than it did. Workmanship was first rate and Heidorn's crew worked hard to accommodate our needs and minimize the dislocation to our lives during the construction period. We couldn't be happier.
